Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Management from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University.
She has over seven years of professional work experience, including three years in Finance and four years in Human Resources Management.
As an HR Operations Specialist, Megan was heavily involved in day-to-day HR operational activities across a wide range of HR programs and initiatives. She played a key role in coordinating and facilitating annual Performance and Compensation review cycles.
Megan has worked with DEI programs, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, and HR Metrics.
At McConnell HRC, Megan delivers front-line support to our busy Compensation Management consulting practice, providing Job Evaluation, Data Analysis, and Database Administrator services.
